Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has described Galatasaray as the best team in the Turkish Super Lig, while expressing confidence that the club can achieve more success in Europe.
The Nigerian forward made the comments after an impressive campaign with the Istanbul giants following his permanent move from Napoli.
Osimhen played a key role in Galatasaray’s strong performances during the season, helping the club compete on both domestic and European fronts.

During Galatasaray’s UEFA Champions League campaign, Osimhen contributed seven goals and three assists in 10 appearances before the team’s elimination by Liverpool in the Round of 16.
Although the European journey ended in disappointment, the 27-year-old believes the club has the quality to compete at a higher level next season.
Speaking through Turkish media outlet Fanatik, Osimhen praised Galatasaray’s role in promoting Turkish football internationally.
“We have been showcasing the Turkish League to the world for years. We are making both the country and the league stand out,” he said.
Osimhen promises stronger Champions League return
The striker also stated that Galatasaray will come back stronger in the next Champions League campaign.
According to him, the team is determined to improve while continuing to represent the club and its supporters with pride.
“We will be even better next season and represent Galatasaray more effectively. We are the best,” Osimhen added.
He also praised the club’s supporters, describing the atmosphere at the stadium as one of the best in football.
Osimhen said he is looking forward to returning to action with his teammates and reconnecting with the fans.
