An Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court in Ibadan has arraigned four individuals over an alleged assault involving a neighbour and two police officers.
The defendants — Wahab Sikiru, Taiwo Sikiru, Taiwo Balikis, and Ifeoluwa Alabi — are facing charges of conspiracy, assault, and conduct likely to cause a breach of peace.
Defendants Deny Allegations
All four defendants pleaded not guilty when the charges were read in court.

Incident Occurred in Ido Area
According to the prosecutor, Cpl. David Adepoju, the incident took place on April 27 in the Ido area of Ibadan.
He told the court that the defendants allegedly assaulted their neighbour, Mrs Aduragbemi Edujobi, after a disagreement.

Police Officers Reportedly Attacked
The prosecution further alleged that two officers were attacked during the incident.

Court Grants Bail, Adjourns Case
Magistrate Mrs Kausarat Ayofe granted each defendant bail in the sum of N500,000.
